Terms and Conditions
These terms apply to orders placed with ST IDES. Orders are limited to Los Angeles metro pickup and California delivery.
Age and eligibility
All St Ides products are cannabis-infused and intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older in jurisdictions where adult-use cannabis is legal. A valid 21+ ID is required at pickup, or at the door on delivery. If age cannot be verified, the order cannot be handed over.
Products and dosing information
Products are labeled in milligrams as described on each product page: 1000MG THC tincture syrups, 100MG THC shots, and 10MG or 50MG THC high tea cans, with variants as labeled (for example THCv or CBN blends). Dosing guidance on this website is general information only: onset runs 30 to 90 minutes, so start low, go slow, and wait a full two hours before considering more. Keep all products out of reach of children and pets. Do not use if you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition that could be affected by THC.
Pickup, delivery and payment
Local pickup in the Los Angeles metro is free and usually ready within a day — wait for the ready notice, then collect with a valid 21+ ID. Delivery is flat rate: 1–2 business days inside the LA metro and 2–4 business days anywhere else in California, with age verification at the door. We ship only inside California. Payment is made after checkout by Apple Pay, Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App with support; this website does not collect payment card details. Prices are shown in USD.
Orders
An order is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us. If a product is unavailable, or eligibility cannot be verified, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.
